World FM Day

World FM day celebrates facilities management on three continents

The first-ever World FM Day is to take place on 28 August this year.

The purpose of this day is to encourage all those within the FM industry to organise a special activity to take place on the day. This can be a workshop, seminar, conference, social event, or any other event linked to FM.

The objectives of introducing an occasion like this is to draw attention, on a global basis, to the aims, objectives and progress of the facilities management profession. We are also aiming to highlight the valuable contribution reliable FM has made and is making to environments, communities and economies.

It would be great to get as many facilities management professionals as possible to help promote this day and help embed us all in the global FM community!

Phosters will be looking to showcase on the day that facilities management is a critical, strategic business discipline, making a real contribution to the success of the organisations.

Further details will be available on the Phosters website shortly.
